To upload a file/folder to a remote server, you first must be connected to the server. The current location of either the local or remote panes is indicated of each respectively, represented by the file path. Once you get connected to your server, the two main window panes are the local (4) and the remote (5) panes. From the Spolight, locate Filezilla under the its saved location then open it.
Note: If you need to access locker, change the Remote Site path to /Net/space.virtual/space/space/ Enter your password and you should be connected to your home directory.Enter the following information for the new site.Click the "Site Manager" icon in the upper left hand corner.From the start menu, locate Filezilla under its saved location then open it.Follow through download, run then install commands.
